PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Respondent No.2 to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2018 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2018 and proceed with the same as per law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been enquired and during the enquiry, the parties agreed to approach the concerned Court to redress their grievances and no further action will be taken against the proposed accused and hence, the said compliant was closed. The copy of the closure report has been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
