Common Prayer: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 6B of Tamil Nadu Cultivative Tenants Protection Act Read with Section 115 CPC to set aside the order dated 26.02.2016 passed in E.P.Nos. 16 and 17 of 2013 in I.A.Nos.84 and 85 of 2011 in TCTP.No. 27 of 2008 and 13 of 2002 respectively, on the file of the Revenue Court, Madurai.

ORDER

Registry had posted these matters on 02.07.2018 before this Court under the caption "for default cases" and on that date, the learned counsel counsel appearing for the petitioner sought some more time to rectify the defects as pointed out by the Registry. In view of the said submission, this Court granted time till 12.07.2018 for rectifying the defects. These matters are again listed today before this Court for non-compliance of the order issued by this Court, dated 02.07.2018.

2. A perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner has not taken steps in respect of the defects pointed out by the Registry, within the stipulated time and therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
