PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein without due process of law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been enquired into and the same has been closed as the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature and they agreed to redress their grievance before the appropriate forum.
