ORDER
The Commissioner, Trichirappalli City Municipal Corporation, Trichirappalli is suo motu added as the second respondent in this Writ Petition.
2.Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent also.
3.The petitioner gave birth to a female child on 12.09.2018. She was named as S.Hibba Fathima. The petitioner applied for issuance of birth certificate. In the birth certificate, the initial of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as S.Reshma. However, the petitioner should have been mentioned as M.Reshma. The date of birth of the child was also erroneously mentioned as 02.09.2018 instead of 12.09.2018. Seeking these corrections, the petitioner had given an application to the first respondent. 4.The first respondent is directed to consider the said application and issue correct birth certificate as sought for by the petitioner.
