ORDER

Mr.V. Radhakrishnan, learned Senior Counsel, has produced the resignation letter of Mr.S.Shanmuganathan from the post of Secretary, and Mr.A.Arumugam from the post of Vice-President, and Mr.M.Kalusulingam from the post of Treasurer. All these letters are dated 02.01.2025. He also states that the above three persons 1/3

resigned from the primary membership of the petitioner-committee on 06.01.2025.

2. Mr.AL.Kannan pleads that no notice has been given to the impleading petitioner prior to the acceptance of the resignation and that Form 7 submitted to the District Registrar had been rejected by him on account of the dispute between Shanmuganathan and the present office-bearers.

3. That is not an issue that can be dealt with by this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Whatever remedy that is open to Shanmuganathan, Arumugam, and Kalusulingam can be worked out before the jurisdictional civil court.

4. For the purpose of this writ petition, the plea of Mr.AL.Kannan exceeds the relief that can be granted. Hence, the impleading petition is dismissed.
