This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of petitioners' properties comprised in S.Nos.363/1, 321/4A, 365/1B, 262/4, 262/5, 262/6B, 351/9, 319/4A, 321/3, 356/9, 356/1E, 357/5, 320/2B, 319/3A, 319/3B, 318/3, 364/5, 318/7, 319/2A, 319/2B, 319/2C, 347/2, 366, 351/11B, 340/1A, 318/6B, 263/2, 321/4B, 363/2, 319/3C and 319/1 having an extent of 18.65.50 Hectares situated at Nadakottai Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioners' application dated 03.08.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the petition mentioned properties of the petitioners by considering their application dated 03.08.2020. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is objection from the rival claimants to measure the property.

W.P.(MD)No.11010 of 2020 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that if the said objections communicated to the petitioners, they will produce necessary documents before the Authority. 4.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions:- The respondents are directed to serve a copy of the objections of the rival claimants to the petitioners. Thereafter, the respondents shall serve notice to the petitioners as well as the rival claimants and conduct an enquiry and shall pass final orders, after providing an opportunity of being heard to the parties concerned. The entire exercise shall be completed by the respondents, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
