(MD) No.10568 of 2018 on 27.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.This Court originally granted anticipatory bail to the respondents 2 to 4/accused, on the impression that the respondents 2 to 4/accused have not played any role in the commission of crime in question. Now, it is came to know that the respondents 2 to 4/accused played the major role in the commission of offences in question. Hence, this Court is constrained to cancel the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed earlier.

4.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed and the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 4/accused/petitioner on 27.06.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10568 of 2018 stands cancelled.
