PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family under the guise of enquiry by Manavazhankurichi Police Station, Kanyakumari District without adhering to the mandatory provisions contemplated under law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family under the guise of enquiry by Manavazhankurichi Police Station, Kanyakumari District, without adhering to the mandatory provisions contemplated under law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is neither complaint nor petition is pending before the respondent against the petitioner herein. Therefore, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
