2.When both the matters are taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these contempt petitions as per the letter circulated to the Registry and accordingly, permission is granted.
3.In view of the above, these contempt petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
