petitioner and of Mr.K.R.LAXMAN, Central Government Senior Panel Counsel on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22781 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent raised objections that the availability of the petitioner is still required to ensure the trial proceeds in proper manner.

3.Considering the involvement in unprocessed Sea Cucumber, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
