The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order passed by the Sub Court, Ambasamudram in E.P.No.2 of 2016 in O.S.No.25 of 2011, dated 28.07.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that possession has already been taken and nothing survives for further adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
