ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking transfer of investigation from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no proper investigation has been undertaken by the second respondent, in spite of serious allegations made against the accused persons.

3. The petitioner was directed to appear before the second respondent and produce the documents, which are available with him. On that ground, this matter listed today (ie.28.06.2023). The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the said order, the petitioner did not appear before the second respondent. 2/4

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced some photographs, before this Court.

5. Let the above said photographs be produced before the second respondent, who in turn, directed to complete the process of enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Since the complaint was given in the year 2022, no further extension of time will be granted. After completing the enquiry, compliance report must be submitted before the Registry.

5. With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of. 28.06.2023 NCC :
