ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a mandamus to take action on his complaint dated 18.03.2024. The said complaint was lodged by alleging that the Will, which was relied on by the accused party, is a forged one.

2.The truth of otherwise of the said complaint can be ascertained only in the civil proceedings. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
