O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, he is working as a Sub Registrar in Chatrappatti. The second respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry. Though he appeared for inquiry, the second respondent harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Therefore, he sent a representation on 07.04.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner was added as 10th accused in Cr.No. 127 of 2023 on the file of second respondent. They have not harassed the petitioner and only for the purpose of enquiry they have called the petitioner.

4.Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel appeared before this Court and represented that he appeared for the defacto complainant. However, in this petition, the defacto complainant is not a party in proceedings. Therefore, the request of the learned Counsel is not considered by this Court.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police that the second respondent has also registered a case against the petitioner, this petition stands closed. 16.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No PNM To
