2.According to the prosecution, the complaint has been enquired and closed as the dispute between the parties was purely civil in nature and to that effect, the closure report has been filed before the concerned jurisdiction Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
