ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2709 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026 2.Heard both sides.

Considering the nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the fact that the investigation is pending in this case this Court is inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
