O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has given a representation on 18.12.2024 and seeks expeditious disposal of the same.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner even in the affidavit in support of the writ petition, has contended that she do not reside in the subject property and that there is a thatched house which has been constructed in the said property.

5. Considering limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the 2/4

petitioner's property and dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 18.12.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If necessary, the 1st respondent shall take the assistance of the jurisdictional police officials to prevent any breach of law and order at the time of survey. It is made clear that, under the guise of survey, the revenue officials shall not be called upon to dispossess any person if found to be in possession.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
