ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 1st respondent/A1 has breached the conditions imposed on him and has left India without obtaining the permission of the Court.
2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the 1st respondent/A1 is regularly appearing before the trial Court and has not violated any of the conditions imposed.
3. This Court has also perused the copy of online case status obtained through e-Courts. The case status reflects that A1 and A2 were present before the trial Court on 09.06.2026. Therefore, there are no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent.
