ORDER

O.S No.7 of 2010 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Madurai was filed by one Radharamanan against Chandra Sekara Raja and others seeking the relief of partition. O.S No.8 of 2010 has been filed by Chandru Ramanan who is the son of the said Radharamanan. This is also a suit for partition against the grandfather and father and others. In CRP (PD) (MD)No.655 of 2016, a direction has been given on 27.02.2018 for disposal of OS No.7 of 2010.

2.I am of the view that this Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of with a similar direction. Accordingly, O.S No.8 of 2010 is directed to be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition also stands dismissed.
