O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute in O.S.No.36 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Ordinate Judge, Padmanabapuram.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in earlier, based on the complain given by the fourth respondent, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.335 of 2020 and the same was concluded after finding the fact that the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is civil in nature. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner.

4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
