PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to register a case against the said accused person on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.04.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the said accused person on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.04.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been enquired into and the same has been closed on the basis of the statement given by the petitioner that he will approach the concerned Court to redress his grievance and no further action will be taken against the proposed accused on his complaint. The copy of the closure report has been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given by the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
