ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against the petitioner and so far no summon has been issued to the petitioner.

3. The respondent is directed to serve summon to the petitioner. If it is served, the petitioner is directed to receive the summon from the Competent Authority.

4. After receiving the summon, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the proceedings.
