O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the offence made out in the complaint in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that no proper penal provision has been made, even though allegations have been made against the accused attracting the above said offences. Since the investigation has not been undertaken on the line of the above said allegations, this petition has been filed. She has also made a representation dated 10.04.2023. That was not considered. Therefore, this petition has been filed within 8 days from the date of sending the representation. Perusal of CD file shows that the representation copy is not available. 3.Let a fresh representation be given by the petitioner in person to the second respondent herein and also let the petitioner appear before the respondent and give further statement. So that the investigation may be taken on this line.
