ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondents to register the case against the proposed accused persons based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.06.2018.

2.According to the prosecution, the complaint has been enquired and closed as the dispute between the parties was purely civil in nature and to that effect, the closure report has been filed before the concerned jurisdiction Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
