PRAYER :- For Bail in Cr.No.568 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A7 & A8 who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.01.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.568 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 was found in illegal possession of 21kgs of Ganja and other accused were found in possession of 16kgs of Ganja, totalling 37kgs which is a commercial quantity, hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.7534 of 2023 4.This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 06.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3771 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of the petition. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
