Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, the second respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 27.12.2014 by passing a reasoned order on merits after providing due opportunity to the petitioners and others, if any, by adhering the principles of natural justice.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2014.
2. Mr.S.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and also considering the documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
