RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant further time of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order made in Crl.M.P.NO.3597 of 2018 dated 09/05/2018 to comply with the order of this Honourable Court made in Crl.O.P.No.5611 of 2018 dated 10/04/2018 so as to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai District and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend further time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5611 of 2018, dated 10.04.2018 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by for a further period two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
