ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a Final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, in Crime No.363 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that so far four witnesses have been examined and he seeks time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file Final Report in Crime No.363 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate's Court, Andipatti, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
