Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 24.07.2020, with regard to the fixation of seniority.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the first respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
