ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457 and 380 I.P.C. in Crime No.176 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is a case of theft of silver articles from the locked house at Aranmanai Vayal Village. The first accused in this case has been arrested. As per his confession, this Court came to know that the involvement of the petitioners herein not only in this case, but other cases also. The stolen properties are yet to be recovered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely warranted.
