This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for constructing the compound wall for the petitioner's house situated in Door No.10A, Ansari Nagar 4th Street, Mahaboopalayam, Madurai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent issued CSR.No.861 of 2019, conducted a detailed enquiry and closed the same on 02.12.2019.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
