This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned summon, dated 13.04.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that instead of sending summon to some other persons in Crime No.741 of 2022, it has been wrongly sent to the petitioner herein.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un necessary.
