w.e.f. 15.07.2019 and disburse the grant - in - aid towards his salary and allowances w.e.f., the said date with all attendant benefits ORDER:-This Contempt Petition coming on for hearing on this day for being mentioned caption and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order dated 03/06/2025 and upon hearing the arguments of, M/s.Amala, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Thiraviam, Government Advocate for the respondent, this court made the following order:
ORDER
The matter was taken up for hearing today under the caption "for being mentioned".
2.This Contempt Petition was closed on 03.06.2025, relying upon the order passed by the authorities dated 20.05.2025, wherein approval was not granted from the date of appointment. In the said order, this Court has granted liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised. 3.It is brought to the notice of the Court that the authorities have subsequently passed an order granting approval from the date of initial appointment. Therefore, the liberty granted to the petitioner is hereby recalled.
