This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in S.C.No.25 of 2022 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that trial has commenced and 4 witnesses have been examined on the side of the prosecution.

3. Since trial has commenced before the trial court and after commencing the trial process and after examination of 4 witnesses, it is not proper to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, this court does not find any merit in this petition.
