ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 & 420 IPC in Crime No.305 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The respondent Police registered the First Information Report in Crime No.305 of 2018 against one Chenthil Kumar and one Subash following the recovery of a large number of bogus electoral photo ID cards. One of the accused, namely Sathish Kumar, gave a confession stating that it was the petitioner, who mooted the idea through whatsapp. The petitioner is running a Common Service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Centre. The petitioner's role is to be probed.

4.Therefore, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
