PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.367 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 29.07.2020 in connection with the case registered in Crime No.367 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 25 and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and hence, seeking bail, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained as 'Goonda' under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, on 27.08.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
