This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent Police, to give an adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2020.
2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, Mr.A.P.G. Ohm Chairma Prabhu, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that upon receipt of the representation, dated 22.07.2020, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in current enquiry No. R4/960/28580/2020 and the same is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.
