ORDER
The writ petition had been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondent to consider the representation, dated 11.03.2023.
2.There seems to be some error in the area for which patta was sought and patta has been issued. The patta has been sought for 30 cents, the land mortgaged was 25 cents and according to the document, it was mentioned as 24 cents, whereas, patta has been granted for five cents. 3.Let me not enter into the matter further. The issue is pending before the respondent, who has also issued notice to the petitioner. He may proceed with the enquiry. Since enquiry is ongoing, a direction is issued to the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to all concerned. 2/4
4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
