This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action towards the Panchayat President of R.Kombai Village Panchayat, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District as per the representation dated 28.04.2014.

3. It is seen that a direction is sought to the respondents to take action against the Panchayat President of R.Kombai Village Panchayat, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District. Since the term of panchayat President is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
