O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take action against the respondents 2 to 5 on the basis of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/01/2014, dated 09.02.2015, wherein the Revenue Divisional Officer has granted permission to erect electric tower across the lakes by following certain norms. 2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. We have also perused the records carefully.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that the erection of tower was made as per the norms, fixed by the Government. It is also brought to our notice that the erection of tower has already been over and it has become functional.
4. At this length of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
