RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for surrender and executing sureties in the order dated 27.07.2020 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.7797 of 2020 on the file of this Hon`ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 27.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. During the total lock down period, they could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.4339 of 2020 3.Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7797 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
