ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341,294(b),307 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.101 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity on 20.03.2023 at about 12.30 pm., the petitioner along with other accused followed the deceased in a two wheeler and quarreled with him and at that time, the accused persons said to have attacked the deceased brutally and caused his death. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. There are totally 10 accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A3. A perusal of the First Information Report reveals that the petitioner is also a named https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.7335 of 2023 accused and there is specific overt act that he had brutally attacked the deceased and he sustained grievous injuries, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case.
