O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, G.Asha aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Marimuthu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the detenue was secured by the second respondent police. It is also stated that the detenue was having love affairs with one Periya Karuppu and they got married on 14.08.2020. The statement of the petitioner before the second respondent would reveal that he is not interested in pursuing his complaint.

H.C.P.(MD) No.618 of 2020 3.In the light of the above fact, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
