O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to comply with the order of learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, in Crl M.P No. 6946/2022 dated 12/12/2022 and consequently to register the FIR and investigate the case.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that during the course of enquiry, it was found that civil Suit in O.S.No.105 of 2022 was filed by the private parties against the petitioner. On the above said ground, the above said enquiry was closed on 26.04.2023 and enquiry report was filed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.
4. The above said enquiry report is accepted. Since the above said complaint was closed on 26.04.2023, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
