PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment, dated 01.03.2021 as Graduate Teacher (English) in the 4th respondent School, as per the Communication made by the 4th respondent dated 28.09.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Court. 1/5

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Graduate Teacher(English) appointed to the fourth respondent school, seeking a mandamus as against the respondents to approve her appointment.
2.As per the averments in the affidavit, the petitioner was appointed in the fourth respondent school on 01.03.2021 and the school management has forwarded the proposal to the third respondent on 28.09.2022. So far, the third respondent has not passed any orders. However, on instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that so far the educational authorities have not received any proposal said to have been submitted by the management.
3.In view of the above said facts, the fourth respondent management is directed to re-submit the proposal relating to the appointment of the writ 2/5
petitioner, dated 28.09.2022 to the third respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the proposal from the management, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.
4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
