This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records in Crime No.189 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner herein.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned FIR, the first respondent completed the investigation and prepared a final report on 16.04.2020 itself. He would further submit that though the final report has been prepared on 16.04.2020, the same has been presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli, only today.

3.Therefore, on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would relevant and necessary to issue direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli, to take the final report on file immediately, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the final report is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
