ORDER

The revision petitioner herein filed the plaint bearing A.No.5184 of 2016 before the learned District Munsif Court, Karur, seeking a declaratory relief. The Court below returned the same and declined to number it. Questioning the same, this Civil Revision Petition is filed.

2.This Court had a look at the reliefs sought for in the plaint. This Court is of the view that the trial Court rightly declined to number the same. The prayer is so long and confusing also.

3.Faced with the situation, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner would suitably redraft the prayer.

4.Recording the said undertaking this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5.The registry shall return the original plaint filed by the revision petitioner herein to the counsel for the revision petitioner to enable the revision petitioner to re-present the same before the Court below. If the revision petitioner modifies the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer appropriately, the same shall be numbered if it is otherwise in order.
