O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take criminal action against the respondents 3 to 6 and their men based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2025 by investigating the same to take further action in the matter. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged the complaint, dated 31.01.2025 against the respondents 3 to 6 before the second respondent in respect of cheating of money, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a money dispute pending 2/5

between the petitioner and the private respondents, thereby, the petitioner lodged the complaint, dated 31.01.2025 and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the second respondent admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint and the same is under enquiry with him, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
