[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] These petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above writ appeals.

2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, and considering the fact that the respondents have no objection to the condonation of delay, we are inclined to allow the petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeals "for admission" in the usual course.
