ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Rent Controller (District Munsif Court), Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial in R.C.O.P.No.25 of 2018 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is landlord and the respondent is the tenant. The petitioner filed R.C.O.P.No.25 of 2018 before the Rent Controller (DMC), Tiruchirapalli against the respondent, for eviction. The said RCOP is pending without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of R.C.O.P.No.25 of 2018. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Rent Controller (District Munsif Court), Tiruchirappalli. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Rent Controller (District Munsif Court), Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.25 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2018, as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day basis, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
